Fashion face-off: Anushka Sharma Versus Sonam Kapoor

Already Pantone Inc has declared Ultra Violet as the colour of the year 2018. Now, even Bollywood divas are setting the tone for the upcoming wedding season in violet. In their respective recent fashion outings, Sonam Kapoor and Anushka Sharma showed up in violet lehengas. 

 While the Neerja star donned it in a Rajasthani style complete with Satlada Haar, Aad necklace and Borla, Anushka Sharma rounded off her look with just a pair of statement Chandbalis. On the style scale, both are 10 on 10 but if you ask me to choose one, I would love to go the Sonam way. Since I love the elaborate bejewelling, her look works for me. 

 But yes, to each, her own. You may have a solid argument to go in for Anushka style too. So, let me know your views, whether it is Sonam or Anushka for you, in the comments section below.

In this season of Super Dancer, Shilpa Shetty’s style game was all about half sarees. From traditional Kanjeevaram to rich Benarsi sarees, she strutted in some of the finest designs in half-sarees. But for the Holi special episode of the dance show, she took the boho route.   That’s not all. Her colour choices were too unique to go with Holi. You may expect her to show up in a crisp white outfit or a colourful designer wear. But she showed up in none.
