Neha Dhupia marries her best friend Angad Bedi

Neha Dhupia who forayed into film with Qayamat, along side Ajay Devgn, has just yesterday tied the knot with the Pink-famed actor Angad Bedi. Around the same time when Anil Kapoor's daughter Sonam Kapoor exchanged vows with her now-hubby Anand Ahuja.

But while Sonam chose to go in for a big fat Punjabi wedding in Mumbai, Neha Dhupia had a low-key Gurudwara Anand Karaj in Punjab. Similarly, as media was abuzz with former's love life, there was no inkling of Neha and Angad's closeness to anyone. Neha's marriage to Angad Bedi, therefore has come as a surprise to many.

Before we delve further into the details of her hush-hush marriage, I must take off my hat to the duo, who even in the age of papparazi managed to keep their relationship under wraps till the wedding day. Although on and off there were reports of their PDAs on social media, it's no mean feat to dodge the prying media, when not just the celebrities but also their siblings and children are papped day in, day out.

Coming to their love story. Angad was dating ex Bigg Boss contestant Nora Fatehi but after his break up with her, he found a BFF in Neha. But soon friendship blossomed in love and if Bollywood portals are something to go by, Angad, who is also the son of star cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi, proposed the Tumhari Sulu actress during Sagarika Ghatge and Zahir Khan's wedding ceremony.

Their wedding pictures are proof of how compatible they are. Minimalist to the core, the couple chose pastel shades to ring in their big day. All things traditional, Neha dazzled in a choker, a pair of jhumkas, an understated mangtikka and a set of choodas. Kaleeres were also the highlight of her look. Here Angad too looked dashing in his bandhgala.
