Ever since the Lakme Fashion Week has kicked off, we bloggers are on a roll. There are celebrities to write about, styles to review and yes, designers to rate. It was a regular day for us, when we stumbled upon Disha Patani’s LFW picture on Instagram. Must say, she made her presence felt amidst the star galore and how!

Strutting in a ruffle dress, hair pulled back in a messy bun and a pair of diamond studs, this social media sensation not only looked stunning in her stylish getup but also set the ramp on fire with her oomph. There were seasoned stars to the likes of Kareena Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Bipasha Basu, Karan Johar…but the newbie arrived like a breath of fresh air and stole the show.

At the moment, she is shooting for Baaghi 2 opposite her rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff. Prior to this, she has done miniscule roles in films like MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and Befikre. From a small timer to a lead role and a show-stopper at the country’s most prestigious fashion show, she has come a long way. You go girl!

Shilpa Shetty ditched half-sarees on Super Dancer for Holi

In this season of Super Dancer, Shilpa Shetty’s style game was all about half sarees. From traditional Kanjeevaram to rich Benarsi sarees, she strutted in some of the finest designs in half-sarees. But for the Holi special episode of the dance show, she took the boho route.   That’s not all. Her colour choices were too unique to go with Holi. You may expect her to show up in a crisp white outfit or a colourful designer wear. But she showed up in none. Yet she rocked like a diva that she is.  Clad in a deep purple dress beautifully showing off her well-toned midriff, she embellished her look with a pair of gorgeous earrings and a choker .
